  • If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
  • In the event of insufficient inventory, the customer will be notified and offered alternatives or the corresponding refund.

4. Orders and Payments

  • We accept payments through secure third-party platforms (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Mercado Pago, etc.).
  • Once payment is confirmed, an email with the order summary will be sent.
  • We may request additional documentation to verify identity and prevent fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery time begins once payment is confirmed.
  • Shipping within USA takes approximately 1 to 5 business days (may be extended during high-demand seasons).
  • A tracking number will be sent via email to track the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer absence, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • For hygiene reasons, returns of opened or used products are not accepted.
  • Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect products sent.
  • Customers must notify contacto@kaybecosmetics.com within 5 business days of delivery, including photographic evidence.
  • Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days after case approval.

7. Invoicing

  • Invoices must be requested by emailing contacto@kaybecosmetics.com within the same month of purchase.
  • Customers must provide their tax certificate, CFDI usage, and order number.
  • Invoices will not be issued after the month of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, photographs, designs, packaging, and trade names) is the property of Kaybe Cosmetics or their respective owners. Reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
